Repair Expert Solution is an independent doorstep repair service, registered under GST (GSTIN: 27DUDPR9557K2ZP). We repair washing machines, refrigerators and air conditioners at your home in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mira-Bhayandar. We also service air conditioners and do AC gas charging.
We are not an authorised service centre of any brand. We are not connected to, approved by, or acting for any appliance manufacturer. We offer post-warranty service, which means repair work after the brand's own warranty has ended.
Brand names and trademarks
Our website mentions brands such as LG, Samsung, Daikin, Blue Star, Carrier, Voltas, Hitachi, Haier and O General. We use these names only to tell you which appliances we can repair.
These names, and any logos linked to them, belong to their owners. Using them on our website does not mean that any brand supports or recommends our service.
If your appliance is still under the brand's warranty
If your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the brand or its authorised service centre first. A repair by an outside service like ours may affect your manufacturer's warranty. Please check your warranty terms before you book with us.
Our own 90-day service warranty is separate from any manufacturer's warranty. It covers the same fault on the part we repaired. It does not cover physical damage, electrical surges or tampering.

We try to keep the information correct and up to date, but services, timings and other details may change. Same-day service applies to bookings made before 2 PM, but it depends on technician availability. If you are unsure about anything, please call or WhatsApp us before you book.
Repair results
Every appliance is different. Whether a repair works, and how long it takes, depends on the condition of the appliance and on whether the needed parts are available. Some faults cannot be fixed, and some parts may not be available.
Our technician will check the appliance and share a clear quote. We start the repair only after you approve the quote. If we are unable to fix your appliance, even for reasons beyond our control, we refund the repair amount you paid.

WhatsApp and other outside services
Our website has links that open WhatsApp and your phone's dialer. Our booking form also opens WhatsApp on your phone with a ready message. You decide whether to send it.
WhatsApp is a third-party service. We do not own or control it, and its own terms and privacy policy apply when you use it. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, and it may be hosted by a third-party web host. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these outside services.
